Service Description

Online lessons are surprisingly effective. You will receive a recording of your lesson so that you can go over the points taught and see the effect of the technique on your body during the lesson.

Cancellation Policy

For private lessons. Please give 24hrs notice of cancellation. I am happy to rearrange lessons if slots are available. Course fees will be refunded if the place can be filled subject to a £5 cancellation fee.
