Service Description

Using the Alexander Technique to improve all movement activities. Age with grace using AT to keep you supple and balanced. Drop in price is available, £13 per class. Cancellation Policy

For private lessons. Please give 24hrs notice of cancellation. I am happy to rearrange lessons if slots are available. Course fees will be refunded if the place can be filled subject to a £5 cancellation fee.
